All event packages start at 4 hours with a 6 hour max. We will arrive approximately 45-30 minutes before the party for set-up, and leave approximately 45 minutes after the allotted time for clean-up. Times can extended upon request with a 2am limit.
HOW LONG ARE THE SERVICES?
WHAT DAYS ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES?
At this time, we bartend parties on Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays only.
WHAT CITIES DO YOU TRAVEL TO?
There will be no extra charge to travel to your location that is within 20 miles of the El Monte, 91732 Area Code. If you are more than 20 miles away (but less than 30 miles), we will charge an additional $25.00 to your party package. If you are between 30 -40 miles away, the travel fee is $40.00. If you are between 40-50 miles away, the travel fee is $60.00. If your event is located farther than 50 miles we will contact you for a special quote.
WHERE CAN YOU BARTEND?
PARTENDERS will bartend your event in your home, backyard, or apartment clubhouse. We do not host parties in Hotels, Apartments, or Parks where there is not legal to consume alcoholic beverages. There must be suitable space for our bartenders to work with enough room to perform the job correctly.
WHAT DO I (THE CUSTOMER) NEED TO PROVIDE?
As the customer and representative of the event, you are responsible for providing the alcohol, juices, and fresh fruit for the event. Partenders provides the bartender, cocktail mixing equipment, straws, and napkins. Some additional Add-Ons include our Mobile Wood Bar, custom garnishes, cups, garnishes, folding cocktail tables and more.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN EACH BARTENDER TEND TO?
Our Services are equipped so (1)each bartender can tend to 60 guests. For larger events of over 60+ (21+ over ) drinking guests, we will add a $120 charge in order to cover additional labor costs and ensure that each guest receives the high level of service we are committed to delivering. If your party is a corporate event or more than 100 guests contact us for a quote.
CAN THE MENU INCLUDE MORE THAN 3 DRINKS?
Our bartenders can serve beer, water, and wine for no additional charge at any event. Our services are made for 4 hours and 3 drink cocktail menus. An additional $50 will be added for any additional drinks added to the menu.
Do you have bartender insurance?
Yes, Partenders is currently insured with FLIP for general and liquor liability up to $2,000,000. For venues we provide our proof of insurance as well.
